Rates
The fee of $130 per 50-minute session is to be paid in full at the time of the appointment. (Check, cash, or credit card is acceptable.)

Insurance
I will give you a receipt that you can send to your insurance company. I am not a participating provider and do not bill insurance. Your insurance company may reimburse you for the visit at the rate of a non-participating provider.  If you are referred by a doctor, your insurance may cover more on the first appointment.

Office Hours
Mondays, Tuesday, and Thursdays.

Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are billed at the same rate as an appointment.
